Terms of Service

The Beaconn service ("Service") is operated by Sertaç Tonay, sole proprietor ("we", "us"). References to "we" and "us" in these Terms refer to the operator.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Beaconn account or using any part of the Beaconn service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
Beaconn is an AI visibility analytics tool. It queries third-party AI answer engines with buyer-intent questions and reports which brands those engines name in their answers. Results reflect what the underlying engines return at the moment of the scan and may change as those engines and their data sources change.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period, except as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service, (b) use the Service to violate any law or any third party's rights, (c) scrape, resell, or redistribute Beaconn output as your own product, or (d) attempt to disrupt or overload the Service.
6. Intellectual property
Beaconn, including its software, brand, and content, is owned by the operator and protected by intellectual property laws. Scan output generated for your account is licensed to you for your internal business use.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) and other infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in those services.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, visibility outcome, or business result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
