Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee
If Beaconn isn't useful for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
1. The guarantee
Every paid Beaconn plan (Starter, Growth, Agency) is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us and we will refund the most recent payment in full.
2. How to request a refund
Email hello@beaconn.ai from the email address on your account within 14 days of purchase. Include your account email and (optionally) a one-line note about what didn't work, your feedback helps us improve. We aim to process refunds within 5 business days.
3. After the 14-day window
After day 14, paid plans are non-refundable for the current billing period. However, you can cancel at any time to stop future billing, see below.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately. You keep access for the remainder of the current paid period, after which your account moves to the Free plan.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where there is clear evidence of abuse, for example, refund requests on a second account after a refund was already granted on a prior account, or accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
